Eligibility for Refunds
For a refund to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned in its original, undamaged condition.

The original packaging must be intact and free from any tears or damage.

There should be no signs of product damage or alteration from its original delivered state.
If these conditions are met, a full refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
Important Note: If the product shows any signs of damage, or if the packaging is torn or damaged, a refund will NOT be applicable.

How to Initiate a Refund or Return
To initiate a refund or return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@shobepy.com or call us at +880 1600-94 25 70 within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

Assessment: Our team will review your request and may ask for photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Return Authorization: If your request meets our policy criteria, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Packaging: Carefully re-pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is secure to prevent further damage during transit.

Shipment: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
Processing Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Non-Refundable Items/Situations
The following items or situations are generally not eligible for refunds or returns:

Items that have been used, altered, or are not in their original, resalable condition.

Items without their original packaging or with damaged packaging.

Items returned after the specified return period.

Gift cards.

Downloadable software products.
Perishable goods.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, Shobepy will cover the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind/Other Reasons: For returns due to a change of mind or reasons other than product defect/damage, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs
